This product is part of our FloorPros product series and intended for use by those that recognize that stripping a floor should not only be your LAST RESORT, but should be avoided if at all possible.
With Synergy DEEP-PREP, it is all about the HOW you deploy it, the dilution ratio you use, the choice of pad, brush and driver you select and if you are intending to follow it up with a quick recoat or just a burnishing.
If the integrity of your VCT tile finish is decent, this product will save you at least 75% of your time and material over a scrub and recoat. Simply apply, clean-rinse with your automatic scrubber and then burnish.
If the integrity of your VCT tile finish is questionable, then this product will save you save you 50-60% over the cost of stripping a floor with just a change of pad, and the number of coats you take off and replace with new finish.
Here are the details:
To restore a floor that is just dull and dirty, but has sufficient finish already in place - Dilute DEEP-PREP 1:8 with lukewarm water, mop on, allow 3-5 minutes of dwell-time, then make a single rinse-clean pass with an auto-scrubber and a blue pad. When this is finished, high-speed burnish with natural hair pad and prepare to be amazed.
To restore a floor that has good sealer, but the top coats are scarred and embedded with soil - Dilute DEEP-PREP 1:4 with lukewarm water, mop on, allow 3 minutes of dwell-time then scrub with our SCRUB & BRUSH System on a low-speed buffer. You will remove 1-2 coats of damaged finish and after a microfiber rinse, be ready to apply 2 replacement coats of ENVIRO-BUILD Floor Finish.
