Spray it on the moment you enter the room to survey the job, then unload and set up the rest of your equipment. The longer it has to set, the better the stains, spots and odors will extract out of the carpeting. A single 2L bottle of of this product will yield approximately 5 gallons of RTU spotter for under $25.00 ($6.25 per Qt or less). You can't beat that with a STICK!
Synergy SOIL BREAK - a 1:128 Concentrate that is used to pre-spray any carpet to be cleaned. Go a little heavier on the traffic lanes, but be sure to hit the entire area. The core ingredient of this formula scrubs dirt out and off of surfaces, and absorbs odors and greases. It is a phenomenal product. For really odorous carpets, first prepare a 100-200 ppm solution of ClO2 with our Envirotab tablets, then add the SOIL BREAK. The detergent first absorbs the ClO2, then it slow-releases it to neutralize odors permanently.
Last, but not least...
Synergy CAPTURE - a 1:128 Concentrate that is simply used to condition your extraction water or to moisten your carpet bonnets. This mildly acidic formula sets off a chain reaction with SOIL BREAK to eliminate any possibility of detergent residue build-up by converting it to Carbon Dioxide.
